Is Khanmigo worth it? Price and what you get

For a US family that already uses Khan Academy, Khanmigo is good value: $4 a month or $44 a year covers a parent account with up to 10 children, and the tutor works right inside Khan's exercises, videos and articles. It's less worth it if you live outside the US (you can't sign up), mostly use the Khan Academy phone app (the chat isn't there), or want AI help on Khan's quizzes and unit tests (it's switched off there by design). Khan Academy's course library itself is free, so try that first.

Worth it if

you're in the US, your children already practise on Khan Academy, and you have more than one child. Few tutors cost less per child.

Probably not worth it if

you're outside the US (you can't buy it), your child mostly studies on a phone app, or you mainly want help with work that isn't on Khan Academy and a free tool would do.
